The Seller’s statement of consent or refusal to participate in out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is made in writing or in any other permanent way in the event that, after filing a complaint by the consumer, no resolution is reached.
2. Detailed information about the possibility for the Customer (who is a Consumer) to use out-of-court methods of submitting complaints and appeals of claims and the rules of access to these procedures are available on the websites of the Consumer Ombudsman of each state, in the Organizations whose statutory object includes consumer protection, in the General Secretariat of Consumer.
3. The Customer who is a consumer has the following options for out-of-court resolution of the dispute:
a. The Customer has the possibility to submit a request to the permanent arbitration court regarding the Trade Inspection requesting the resolution of the dispute arising from the execution of the Sales Contract.
b. The Customer has the right to appeal to the Inspector of the Trade Inspection in accordance with article 36 of the Law of 15 December 2000 on the Trade Inspection (Government Gazette 2001 number 4 section 25 as amended) requesting the initiation of mediation procedures for out-of-court dispute resolution between the Customer and the Seller.
c. The Customer may obtain free assistance in resolving the dispute between the Customer and the Seller, making use of the free assistance of the municipal (regional) advocate or social organization whose statutory object includes the protection of the consumer (e.g. the Consumers’ Union, the Polish Consumers Union).
d. The Customer can file a complaint through the ODR electronic platform http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . The ODR platform is also a source of information on the out-of-court resolution of disputes that may arise between Businesses and Consumers.

VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT
1. A consumer who has entered into a remote agreement can revoke it within 100 days without giving reasons and without incurring costs other than those provided for by law (which extends the 14-day withdrawal period provided for in the Consumer Protection Act) . The above does not apply to the contract, the object of which is a non-prefabricated object, manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or which serves to satisfy his personal needs. The exercise of any of the above rights does not affect other contracts, in particular to the extent that:
a. They were completed together with the contract covered by the withdrawal statement, as a result of the Customer placing more orders at the same time, or
b. The Seller made the conclusion or content of the contract covered by the declaration of withdrawal from the conclusion of another contract due to the direct relationship between the Products. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to make a statement to the Seller before it expires. The consumer may make any categorical statement in which he will notify about the withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. It is enough to send a statement before the deadline. A statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement can be submitted for example:
in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: [email protected]

2. The consumer can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
3. The withdrawal period from the Sales Contract begins on the day the Product comes into the possession of the Consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, and in the case of the Sales Contract, which:
a. includes multiple Products delivered separately, in lots or pieces – from receipt to possession of the last Product in the lot or piece, or
b. is based on the regular supply of Products throughout the year – from receipt to possession of the first of the Products.

4. In case of withdrawal from a Contract concluded at a distance, the Contract is considered as not concluded.
5. The Seller is obliged immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s declaration to withdraw from the contract, to return to the consumer the payments he made, including the cost of delivery of the Product (with the exception of additional costs incurred if the Customer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method available in the Online Store).
6. The Seller returns payments using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which is not associated with any costs for him. If the Seller has not offered to collect the Product from the consumer, it may withhold payment until it receives the Product back from the consumer by returning the Product, or if the consumer provides proof of its return, as the case may be which occurs first.
7. If the Consumer exercises the legal right of withdrawal, the Seller will return the payments made by the Consumer using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return unrelated to him cost. If the payment cannot be refunded with the same payment method used by the Consumer, due to the fact that the Seller no longer supports a particular payment method, the Seller will make the refund using the payment method that matches as closely as possible the properties of the payment method previously used by the Consumer. If the Consumer exercises the Extended Right of Withdrawal, the Seller may return the payment using the payment method indicated by the Seller. If the Seller has not offered to collect the Product from the Consumer, it may withhold payments received from the Consumer until it receives the Product back from the Consumer, or if the Consumer provides proof of its return, as the case may be which occurs first. In case the payment is to be returned to the Consumer’s bank account, the Seller will return the payment to the bank account indicated by the Consumer and if the Consumer does not indicate the bank account to which it is to be payment is returned,
8. The Consumer is obliged immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the Sales Contract, to return the Product to the Seller or deliver it to a person authorized by the Seller to receive it, unless the Seller has proposed that he will collect the Product himself. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the Product before it expires. Consumers can return the Product for example to: Str. Kapitan Nikola Parapanov 3, Petrich, 2850, Bulgaria (or to an additional address indicated by the Seller). Please include, if possible, proof of purchase of the Product or a paper electronic proof of purchase of the Product.
9. The Consumer is only charged with the direct cost of returning the Product. The Seller may, in the context of an advertising offer or special offer, propose to the Consumer that the Seller collect the goods returned by the Consumer.
10. The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely is not granted to the consumer in relation to cases referred to in the provisions of the Civil Code, and specifically in the Sales Contract, in which: (1) the object is the provision of services, if the Seller has completed service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the provision of the service that, according to the provision of the service by the Seller, he will lose the right to withdraw from the Contract; (2) the object of which is the provision non-prefabricated Product, manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or used to meet individual needs; (3) the object of which is to provide the Product delivered in a sealed container, which after opening the packaging cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection, since it has been unsealed after delivery; (4) which is subject to the supply of Products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably linked to other things·
11. As part of a temporary advertising campaign, the Seller may grant the Customer the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period in the cases referred to in paragraph 1 sentence 2 or paragraph 11 above.
